NuBilt Restoration & Construction was called in to bid on a project initiated by the community and their management company. It was determined through engineering study that a Denver Townhouse Complex had a drainage issue causing roof runoff water to collect between the foundation and the front walks of the units. This problem caused the water to settle and freeze creating pressure against the foundation. The pressure against the foundation caused the foundation to shift. When the foundation shifted, the front facades moved and cracked. The front porches moved and the building appearance and potential safety issues became a major concern.
As the general contractor, NuBilt Restoration & Construction coordinated our employees and subcontractors to complete the project under budget and on time.
