NuBilt, general contractors, successfully completed the IHOP restaurant  commercial remodel project at 1595 S Colorado Blvd in Denver, CO. Prior to becoming an IHOP, the original building was a Village Inn restaurant.

The front-northeast corner of the old Village Inn was completely removed and replaced with the new look of the IHOP stone tower facade. The interior, including the kitchen and bathrooms, was completely upgraded.

Construction started March 30th, and the certificate of occupancy was obtained May 19th (50 days). Training for the new IHOP employees commenced thereafter for two weeks. IHOP opened their doors for business on June 2nd, 2009.
