The marketing staff at NuBilt Restoration & Construction is seeking the addition of an exceptional team player. The available position is for an Account Executive—a professional who will be maintaining and developing new relationships/accounts. NuBilt’s market includes: insurance, property management, real estate and service companies.

Job Functions:

• Maintain & strengthen existing clients and relationships within the HOA Management Industry
  
• Expand company sales and profits by creating new business relationships and partnerships
  
• Communicate with all clients on a regular and well-structured basis
  
• Participate in industry functions within CAI-RMC and like associations
  
• Achieve a leadership role in the industry

Requirements for an ideal candidate:

• Relentlessly positive and enjoys selling ideas to others
  
• Great charisma and can easily engage with strangers
  
• Effective and persuasive communication and customer service skills
  
• Good listener and eager to answer/find solutions to clients’ needs
  
• Self-motivated, finds satisfaction in reaching self-imposed goals and willing to regularly raise the bar
  
• Intellectually restless and takes pleasure in seeking out new trends/research
  
• Exceptional documenting and organizational skills
  
• Proficiency using a personal computer/laptop. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  
• Professional appearance and a pleasant telephone/person to person voice and manner
  
• Bachelor's degree - Marketing and/or Business emphasis is preferable
  
• History of successful B2B sales and/or relationship development
