NuBilt Restoration & Construction is a well established restoration and construction company dealing primarily in
emergency fire & water mitigation of insurance claims for homeowners and businesses. As
a licensed General Contractor, we also get involved in the re-construction process and in
ensuring that our client’s lives are restored back to normal in a prompt and courteous manner.
We have a pleasant working environment and enjoy the fast-paced non-monotonous nature of
our business. We participate in several insurance and property management company preferred
vendor programs.
Position Summary:
Assists in the administrative and accounting activities which include accounts payable and
receivable. Responsible to store, retrieve and integrate information for dissemination to
company team members and clients.
Essential Functions:
- Provide excellent customer service which generates loyal repeat clients, testimonials
and references through ability to demonstrate an empathetic and caring attitude with all
clients. Includes the ability to remain calm and reassure client during times of stress.
- Continually promote the company Motto “We Care 24/7” and demonstrate a quality
company reputation/image through professional appearance, job performance and ethical
business behavior.
- Receive/retrieve, sort, file, scan, distribute and maintain a high volume of electronic and
paper forms, correspondence and documents (some confidential) from assorted methods to
include, mail, email, drop offs and phone messages.
- Professionally answer multi-line phone system and directs call to appropriate person/department.
- Courteously greet employees, vendors/subcontractors, clients and guests and determines
needs in order to direct them to the appropriate individual.
- Create and maintain a high volume of accounts payable accounts.
- Maintain and organize vendor database for appropriate documentation requirements.
- Perform client invoicing through final collection.
- Data entry of credit card activity in a line by line entry method into QuickBooks system.

Qualifying Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and set priorities.
- Ability to face unexpected challenges during the work day.
- Ability to work independently or within a team.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times when interacting with clients,
employees, vendors and any guests of company.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instruction.
- Accurate typing skills—40WPM or above preferred.
- Understand general business office practices, procedures (including mailing/shipping
methods) and ethics.
- Knowledge of GAAP principles.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be deadline and detailed oriented with strong follow up skills.
- Computer proficiency: Working knowledge of email, Internet, MS Office Suite of Word,
Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks/Enterprise.
- Ability to learn/understand new software systems.
- Prior job costing experience/knowledge within the construction industry is a plus.
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Advanced degree preferred).
- 3 years experience in receptionist/clerical/office work or equivalent combination of
continuous education/training/experience to demonstrate the ability to complete essential
functions of position.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of QuickBooks accounting software experience (Premier and/or
Enterprise edition).
