Frozen Pipe Burst Goes Unnoticed
The out-of-town property owner discovered a pipe burst due to freezing temperatures. The broken pipe was found in the basement which subsequently led to flooding the crawl space, flooring and walls. All the property had to be dried and restored back to pre-loss condition.
