HOA Complaints Report
The Colorado Home Owners Association Law has posted a synopsis of the findings from the HOA Information Center on complaints (PDF) . The report discusses the types of complaints that HOAs receive from members/residents.
In Colorado, there are over 8,000 registered HOAs which includes over 830,000 units. The Division of Real Estate, has received nearly 500 HOA complaints as of December 2011.
