Pipe Freeze Break Causes Flood in Cherry Creek

This was a freeze break in an unoccupied house in the Cherry Creek Country Club. The flood affected the entire basement with standing water. It is unknown how long the water ran or was there, but when it was discovered there was already mold growing on the carpet and on the walls. We did 2′ flood cuts in all rooms and reconstructed it along with new carpet throughout the basement.
