Water Leak From Shower Above Ruins Ceiling (Edgewater, CO)
Angelique S. discovered the ceiling above her staircase was starting to bulge. The bulge in the paint began to tear allowing water to fall through onto the carpet.
NuBilt was called to stop the problem and to fix the damaged ceiling. The NuBilt Project Manager, Michael Greene, used a thermal imaging camera to locate all the affected areas where water moisture was present.
The source of the water leak was the shower above. The shower pan was defective and cracked. NuBilt removed the water damaged affected areas of the ceiling.
The drywall was replaced, masked and painted back to preloss condition. After the job was completed, a customer satisfaction survey was sent to Angelique. Here is how she rated NuBilt’s performance:
