Your contractor should be an IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certified firm with staff trained and certified to perform work in accordance with all IICRC standards. Infection control is the prevention of cross-contamination through proper barrier and containment processes. NuBilt conducts routine company trainings covering these processes. All PPE is donned and doffed in the anteroom, trash is double-bagged and goosenecked with tape, and tools and equipment are HEPA vacuumed before leaving containment.
