Yes, our warranty is tied to the property, not the homeowner. If you sell your home, the warranty transfers to the new owner for the remaining coverage period.

What if the same issue comes back after a warranty repair?

If a warrantied repair does not resolve the issue, we will return and address it at no additional cost. We stand behind our work until it is done right.

Do I need my original paperwork to file a warranty claim?

While having your project documentation is helpful, we maintain records of all projects. Just provide your name, address, and approximate project date and we can look up your file.
